Highlighting the purity of century-old Bobal, YUNIKKO embodies the soul of Viña Memorias' historic vineyards. Made from 100% Bobal with vines on "Pie Franco" (ungrafted roots), this wine is fermented and aged in "Tinajas" (amphora). The neutrality of these orange clay vessels allows the wine to fully respect and showcase the pure expression of century-old Bobal. The harvest is meticulously chosen to achieve slightly advanced phenolic ripeness, resulting in a fine wine with medium-plus body, strong structure, good acidity, and well polished tannins. YUNIKKO celebrates traditional methods while highlighting the depth and natural elegance of Bobal..
